Choose a Qualified Orthodontic Specialist
An orthodontist is to teeth what a cardiologist is to the heart. Teeth, and sometimes entire facial structures, are permanently changed by orthodontic treatment. It is important that the treatment be appropriate and properly completed by a trained professional.
Orthodontic specialists have extensive and specialized training that enables them to provide their patients with professional, personalized treatments. Dr. Gary D. Sexson II has studied two years beyond the 4 years of dental school specifically for orthodontics.
Orthodontics can be a big expense, but our belief is in high quality care that is highly affordable. We offer complimentary consultations and no down payment plan options, as well as low monthly payments with no finance or interest charges. We are participating providers for several insurance plans including MetLife, Cigna, Humana, Delta Dental as well as many others. As a courtesy, we will also file and bill your insurance company and accept insurance assignment. We offer the convenience of online payment processing for patients and pay in full discounts.
Third party financing options are also available.
Currently we use Springstone Patient Financing
No Hidden Costs for Treatment
Your Total Case Fee is just that, period. It includes the cost of initial diagnostic records, orthodontic appliance placement, treatment visits, removal of appliances, the first set of retainers, final records and retainer visits. There is an additional fee for clear brackets that will be included in the total case fee. We also offer Crest WhiteStrips - Supreme Professional Whitening, Oral-B Professional Care Smart Series 500 toothbrushes and MI Paste separately for patients that need extra care for their teeth.
"Do What It Takes" Customer Service
Our doctors and staff are committed to doing what it takes to make sure we deliver the highest quality care and treatment to you and your family. The doctor will examine the patient every time they come in for an appointment. We check every patient's oral hygiene, appliances for abuse, appointment punctuality and elastics (rubber band) wear. Each patient receives a report on their treatment at EVERY appointment to keep them and/or the parents abreast of their treatment progress. If any aspect of the treatment needs to be addressed, the staff will let you know. Likewise, if you should ever have a complaint or need a question answered, please notify a staff member or the doctor himself and we will do our best to get things settled to your satisfaction.
Another part of our service is giving accurate treatment time estimations, which mean you know when you are getting the braces removed. Ease of getting appointments and convenient hours round out our service. The offices are open Monday through Friday with flexible patient hours as early as 7:20am and as late as 5:40pm on select days. We also keep reserved time for new patients each week so they can be seen and get started as soon as possible.
On-going Staff Training
It may not seem like a big thing, but Dr. Sexson believes in his associate and staff staying up-to-date on current issues as well. Our doctors and staff attend seminars on issues ranging from providing great customer service to advanced orthodontic techniques. The better informed we are, the better the services we can provide to you. The staff is not only educated to make your treatment comfortable, but they are FUN as well. Making orthodontics fun for you makes it fun for us and helps us get to know you better!
